Delivering the “Best in Human Intelligence” with Jolynn Pérez Cunningham
As Head of People Operations at ATG, Jolynn is responsible for championing culture and building out systems and programs around Talent Management, Organizational Design, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Attraction, and Learning & Development. Jolynn helps drive company growth and innovation by identifying, hiring, developing and retaining world-class talent using data-backed reporting to provide exceptional AI solutions to Acrisure.
Jolynn has honed her expertise through 15+ years of building and leading People Operations teams for technology companies from Fortune 50 to pre-seed start-ups such as Cisco Systems, Indeed, TrendKite and Dell. She has been privileged to have helped shepherd several hyper-growth start-ups through company evolution and been a part of three successful exits. Jolynn holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas.
Pioneering the Use of Data in Insurance with Hana Peljto Cluff
As Head of Data Strategy at ATG, Hana leads the vision, strategy, implementation, and partnerships across all data-related initiatives, building the foundation for Acrisure to be the most tech-enabled insurance broker in the world. Previously, Hana led innovative and transformational growth of data and analytics in the media & entertainment space as a founding member and strategic head of the Applied Analytics group that originated at Legendary Entertainment and was eventually sold to WarnerMedia. Prior to her business career, Hana played professional basketball in France's top women's professional league.
Hana is originally from Sarajevo, Bosnia, has resided in 7 different countries and speaks multiple languages. She currently lives in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates with her husband and two young children. Hana holds an A.B. in Psychology with honors from Harvard University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Powerhouse in Technical Strategy, Julie Scully
As Vice President of Engineering at ATG, Julie is responsible for setting technical strategy and direction, partnering with leadership on business and product strategy, and managing the engineering organization’s shape, processes and culture.
Prior to Acrisure, Julie was a Senior Director of Engineering at Indeed, Inc. and ran engineering for SMB, one of Indeed’s five business units. She led a cross-functional Engineering organization of 250+ to deliver a seamless, end-to-end hiring solution to help small and medium-sized businesses. Her teams supported hundreds of thousands of employers posting jobs with tens of millions of applies per month globally and were the growth engine of the company’s revenue stream. Prior to Indeed, Julie worked on other high-volume products, such as Google’s Gmail and Microsoft’s Hotmail. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Rice University.
